How the Qualification System Works

A “Qualifier” is simply an eligible representative to go to the Fairs at a highly subsidized cost. Participating camps are entitled to one Qualifier from a NYC airport. Register by October 2nd to lock in our discounted rates. We offer alternate gateway departures at reasonable rates, and Qualifiers may be accompanied by a guest at the rates associated with each individual tour.

Due to limited capacity at each Fair, tour eligibility is based on volume of hiring. We ask that you follow our guidelines and refrain from scheduling multiple tours if you typically utilize a limited number of international staff. While there is no minimum number of staff that a camp needs to hire to qualify, the typical number of staff that camps plan to hire on a basic tour is five or more.

If you did not participate with us in 2019, or if you expect your level of participation with us to significantly change, please contact us to schedule the tour that may best suit your 2020 international staffing.
