How the Qualification System Works

A “Qualifier” is simply an eligible representative to go to the Fairs at a highly subsidized cost. Participating camps are entitled to one Qualifier from a NYC airport. Register by October 3rd to lock in our discounted rates. We offer alternate gateway departures at reasonable rates, and Qualifiers may be accompanied by a guest at the rates associated with each individual tour.

Due to limited capacity at each Fair, tour eligibility is based on volume of hiring. We ask that you follow our guidelines and refrain from scheduling multiple tours if you typically utilize a limited number of international staff. While there is no minimum number of staff that a camp needs to hire to qualify, the typical number of staff that camps plan to hire on a basic tour is five or more.

If you did not participate with us in 2018, or if you expect your level of participation with us to significantly change, please contact us to schedule the tour that may best suit your 2019 international staffing.

Your registration level for the 2019 Fairs is determined by the number of Camp America participants at your camp in 2018.

Accommodation Information

Our tour prices are based on double occupancy during standard tour dates. Prices for upgrading to a single room or extending your stay using our hotels are shown in the chart below.

We strive to make our tours as comfortable and affordable as possible. Please let us know if there are any special personal considerations or physical limitations so that we may make the appropriate provisions.

What is included

Included are transatlantic airfare from NYC, transfers to Fairs, orientation, reception, double-occupancy accommodation, daily breakfast, booth, lunch at Fair, and intra-European transfers.

What is not included

Excluded are most lunches, dinners, sightseeing tours, passport, excess baggage, baggage insurance, applicable visas, gratuities, and airport transfer for regional gateway options.
