Location CD Fair in London

Gold Qualifying

  • Gold camps hired 50+ Camp America staff in 2022.
  • Attend ANY Fair.
  • Send FOUR attendees at the discounted qualifier rate.

Gold Registration Opens: August 3rd

Location CD Fair in London

Blue Qualifying

  • Blue camps hired 31-49 Camp America staff in 2022.
  • Attend up to TWO trips and THREE Fairs per trip.
  • Send TWO attendees at the discounted qualifier rate.

Blue Registration Opens: August 10th

Location CD Fair in London

Green Qualifying

  • Green camps hired 12-30 Camp America staff in 2022.
  • Attend up to TWO Fairs.
  • Send ONE attendee at the discounted qualifier rate.

Green Registration Opens: August 17th

Red Qualifying

  • Red camps hired 7-11 Camp America staff in 2022.
  • Attend up to ONE Fair.
  • Send ONE attendee at the discounted qualifier rate.

How to Register

Registration for the 2023 Camp America recruitment fairs will open by qualifying color. The primary contact listed on your Camp America account will receive an email with a unique registration link when your sign-up window opens. Please note that space is limited in each city so be prepared to complete your registration in full so your camp is counted! A waitlist will be available for select cities. Registration dates are listed below:

Gold – Wednesday, August 3rd at 10am EST

Blue – Wednesday, August 10th at 10am EST

Green – Wednesday, August 17th at 10am EST

Red – Wednesday, August 24th at 10am EST

Multi-City Tour Transfers

Transportation will be provided from city to city for those registered for multi-city tours.

NOTE: Flights are not included for the 2023 Camp Directors’ Fairs. Camps are responsible for booking their flights to and from the international fair location. Internal transfers between fairs will be provided for registered Qualifiers and guests. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
